Anthony Albanese shuts down talk of Channel 9 presenter’s live cross trainwreck

Anthony Albanese has responded to Channel 9 presenter Danika Mason’s Winter Olympics trainwreck with plenty of Aussies saying the same thing.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has thrown his support behind sports presenter Danika Mason after her viral Winter Olympics drama.

Albanese on Thursday morning moved to shut down talk about the 34-year-old after she appeared on breakfast TV slurring her words.

Mason earlier apologised live on Channel 9’s Today Show, fronting up to present the morning sports bulletin from Livigno at the Milano Cortina Games in Italy.
